Older front door. It is not the lock that is the problem. I think that when we were removing furniture we knocked door jam. Then when we were leaving the empty house I slammed the door to get it to close. Big mistake. Now I can't get door to open by inserting key and turning, that is what it usually does.

I need a handyman to fix 2 things: 1. The sliding mechanism on a drawer is stuffed and the drawer is very hard to pull and push. I would prefer the mechanism got replaced. 2. The mixing tap in the kitchen sink is getting hard to turn on and off (it feels very tight).

We are experiencing issues with our outdoor blinds/awning, as they can no longer be closed properly. They appear to be an auto spring type. Initially, we thought the issue was due to their age and applied some WD-40, which helped the shade drop down but did not resolve the issue with closing it back up.
