I’m looking for an experienced handyman, plasterer or painter to repair some damaged areas on the walls in a bathroom and bedroom. The damaged sections need to be properly repaired/replastered, sanded and prepared, then repainted to match the existing wall colour as closely as possible. This is an end-of-lease repair, so I’m looking for a neat and professional finish that restores the affected areas to their original condition. Please provide a quote including labour and materials and let me know your availability. Photos of the damaged areas can be provided.

Arbor has been destroyed by Jasmine that climbed up lattice, which is broken. The plants and the broken lattice, need to be removed. Prefer that you take it all to the tip. I will provide fresh lattice so require you to cut the sheets, as required, and screw them to fit the two sides and the roof of the arbor.

Install a door jamb and French door to existing doorframe. Double brick home. Will need advice on buying the right door jamb. Please confirm whether you can plane the door to size during installation if the doorframe needs minor adjustments to fit the opening? Flexible on days and time. I’ve inserted photos of the doorframe, and the white French door is what I’d like the end result to be (used AI), and the Bunnings door is what I’m going to buy which I’ll sand and paint beforehand.

Looking for a carpenter to assist with installing a timber frame fly screen within an existing door opening/ frame. The structural opening is approximately 2030 high and 820 wide. The timber frame fly screen size is 2040 high by 820 wide. Slight modification may be required to the fly screen frame. We will purchase the fly screen door, just need a chippy to install it.

Hi, I'm looking for a quote to install 7 x 2 (double) roller blind units in the main living area of a residential property in Glen Iris. The blinds have been supplied by DIY Blinds and are ready to be installed. Photos of the windows are attached. Each unit consists of a blockout and a sunscreen paired together on double slimline brackets with Somfy Altus 28 1.5nm wire-free battery motors. Some blinds are to be face fitted and others are recess fitted - full specifications can be provided at the time (though let me know if you would like this info now) All motors also need to be programmed to operate with the provided Somfy Telis 16 RTS pure remote. All blind components are provided - no supply required, labour and programming only. Additionally, there is also an existing blind (third picture) where the blockout blind is further from the window than the sheer blind and the blockout blind rolls down forward rather than backwards. I'd like the blockout blind to be closer to the window than the sheer blind and for the blockout blind to roll down backwards so that it is the same as the setup in the fourth picture.
