It must not be attached to plasterboard, light fittings, cornices, or any non-structural surface. The space is an internal stairwell with a high ceiling. Photos are attached. There is currently a pendant light nearby, so the installer will need to assess the best fixing location and make sure the system does not interfere with the stairs, balustrade, light, window, or walking path. Requirements: Inspect the stairwell and ceiling/wall structure before installation. Identify safe fixing points, ideally into structural timber, steel, or another appropriate load-bearing member. Recommend the safest pulley, hoist, bracket, rope, anchor, and fixing setup. Use load-rated hardware only. Ensure the system is stable and safe for repeated use. Confirm the safe working load before installation. Make sure the installation does not create a falling-object risk over the stairs. Advise if a builder, engineer, or permit is required before proceeding. Leave the area clean and tidy after installation.
