There's a crack above the doorway between kitchen and laundry. Will need to be widened and taped over/plastered to make good. Then want walls repainted - and there's a few issues at the cornincing - nothing too major. Quote doesn't need to include paint. Would like an experienced painter if possible!

Need a handyman to fix a mirror on the entryway wall. Approx. mirror dimension: 160cm x 75cm. Need to bring the tools to find the points to drill, appropriate heavy-duty fittings to securely attach the mirror. The mirror is slightly heavy, but I can give a hand with lifting and holding it in place. The mirror has be mounted in the horizontal position.

My parents bathroom vanity unit is quite old and broken. Need someone who can dismantle it, and install the new one provided. With the sink and tap plumbed up. We have a new vanity unit in box, and a new tap as well. We don't have any tools however. We will dispose of the old unit ourselves - no need to take it away for us, but as we lack the tools and experience, we do need you to dismantle it for us. Pictured is the old unit in it's current state, and the new boxed unit. Your expertise would be greatly appreciated! Please don't hesitate to reach out with any questions you might have.
