I need a qualified plumber to replace the trap under my laundry room sink. The current trap has two appliance inlet stubs — • one has a damaged, deteriorating plug • the other is completely open To avoid future leaks, I prefer the entire P-trap to be replaced. Please bring all required parts and tools. Photos attached.

I need a rotten timber door jamb replaced with another for a commercial shop located in FTG. Ideally, I would like it primed with a lick of paint to match (Standard White will do). Must have experienced or at least have the know how. Door shown in pic has been repaired with new aligned hinges so just re install the existing door back on once done.

I have a 2018 Renault Trafic Van. The left hand door is not locking. As a result the van wont lock. I know its the left hand door as I would slam the door it would lock now it does not. I think its the sensor. Any one who knows what I am talking about please offer your services.

Our Philips Easy Key 7300 was installed incorrectly (not by us) and we need to have it switched around. The handles work in reverse so we just need the cable sorted as per Philips support: "This sounds like an installation issue where the lock components were installed backwards. Based on your Philips EasyKey 7300 manual, the normal operation should be: Outside: Requires PIN/fingerprint/card verification first, then press handle down to unlock Inside: Press handle down directly to unlock (when safe handle switch is on green) Your lock is doing the opposite, which indicates the handle direction wasn't properly adjusted during installation. The manual specifically mentions changing handle direction as a pre-installation step: Unscrew and remove the direction adjustment stand Rotate the handle 180 degrees Adjust the cable, put the stand back, and tighten screws"

Door latch is not lining up with the strike plate. When the door closes, the latch doesn’t slot into the trench. Need someone to realign and adjust the striker plate, so the door latch has clean entry and the door closes properly. Happy to provide more photos and information as required.

My tenant said the roller blinds fell off in the lounge room. He can get one blind up (the sheer one) but can't put the other block out one back up properly. He thinks the bracket may be broken? So I'm looking for someone to come and possibly replace the bracket and re hang the roller blinds. It's a 2 in one roller blind, have attached the pic the tenant sent off the bracket. Experienced Handyman Needed to Secure 2 x Shelves to Plasterboard Wall I need help installing two shelves onto my wall at home. Shelves and wall space provided in the images. The shelves must be fixed securely into studs—these are heavy shelves and cannot come off the plasterboard wall. Shelf measurements: 14.5cmx157.5cmx4.5cm 13cmx158cmx4.5cm Important: • I don’t know what’s inside the walls (wiring, pipes, etc.), so I’ll need someone who can safely assess this and use the correct fixings. • One of the shelves has a small split in the wood (see photo). Thought it was worth mentioning in case this has implications for the install.
