Indicator keeps flushing

I urgently need someone to come and look at my retic. It stopped working and is not switching on. It is at a rental property I own. We had a guy booked for the 15th, but he just cancelled and as it is a rental I need to have somoene in tomorrow to fix it.

I have ordered a new electric standing desk. The desk is not working because the hydraulic leg has gone all the way up and is not coming down. I want someone to fix it so it starts working again and do this without damage.

Reticulation system has not been used for a few years as the controller was dead, swapped out a hunter X-Core controller for a B-Hyve indoor/outdoor one and no zones seem to be operating. Potential for some wires to have been adjusted to stop a leak from our neighbour so unsure if the attached photos from the pit was the original config. Could be faulty valves or a simple readjusting of connected wires. Request a fix and if any parts are needed to be discussed in person.
