I am preparing my apartment for sale but have noticed a fair amount of water damage on the cabinet beneath the laundry trough. I am looking for a basic cabinetry replacement to get the place ready for sale in a few weeks. I am repainting the cabinet doors myself. Can the job be done without replacing the entire sink and benchtop? Would be interested for a few options in terms of pricing. Many thanks in advance.

Hello. The screen door to my apartment is getting caught near the top. As shown in the photos, if I close the door with some effort, the top still pokes out and I have to press it into the door frame. I need help fixing it. Both the door and frame it sits in are metal. There is a parking bay you can use in the apartment building. I'm located in East Perth and am available weekends, nights or all day tomorrow (thursday). Please let me know how much it will cost :)

Bought some Veneta honeycomb blinds. Need 4 blind brackets put in concrete ceiling and blinds put up. Each bracket requires 2 screws. It’s an apartment but can organise parking for you.
