A leaking roof over 2-3 years, during storm events and prolonged heavy rainfall, has caused ceiling plasterboard damage. The roofing repairs have now been carried out, and this is now watertight. However, we are having the property painted externally in mid-August. So, a section of plasterboard (about 2.5m L x 1.0m W) will need replacing / re-screwing, sanding down etc, with some carpentry (quad) work required also. Thanks.

I need to screw in a bracket and mount the TV on my bedroom wall. A slim floating cabinet will need to be screwed in under the TV too. I have the bracket for the TV and cabinet. Just so you know, I've had a TV on that wall before, so the holes for the cables are already there. We will have to take the tv and cabinet up 1 flight of stairs in a 2 storey house. I have 2 dogs - worst guard dogs but just letting you know in case youre allergic.

Hello, I need one length of cornice installed my bathroom today, it’s approx 2m long. I can provide cornice cement and I can paint it myself. You would need to supply the actual cornice as I’ve had a go at doing this myself and butchered the existing cornice. I need this done urgently as I have sold this house and need to have this repaired before settlement tomorrow (Wednesday). Note I believe this is a 75mm cornice which is out of stock at my local Bunnings. This is a pretty small job good for a handy person or plasterer.

Hi Everyone, Having dramas with my vertical bedroom blinds: the control cord/runner has disconnected and the controls no longer move the blinds. The slats can still be moved manually. Need the track/cord mechanism repaired, not full blind replacement unless necessary.
