My brackets and railing from my walk in robe dislodged from the wall and broke. I need the new brackets and railing mounted into wall and put into place. I have purchased wall mounts and rail, so only installation needs to be done.

Fix damp wall around bathroom door and walls. Leak has been fixed.

The door scrapes along the bottom

A large gap has appeared between my kitchen sink and the counter top, which is most of the left side and around the corner to the back left of the sink. It's a top mounted drop in sink. It doesn't push back down easily in the corner, possibly warped by sun coming in through the window and heating the metal. (that's the only thing I can think of that's caused it). I'm hoping this can be repaired and re-sealed, as water is starting to get inside the cupboard. The kitchen sink tap is also a bit loose and I would like to have this fixed also.

Install a new laundry door (door supplied from bunnings). The new door will need to be fitted to the existing door frame using the existing hinges, with hinge recesses cut and prepared as required. Mount a basketball post using 8 x m10 or M12 anchors which will be provided. The basketball post/ system Is quite heavy. Plastic to be removed carefully from post and system. New basketball post to get mounted replacing current basketball ring. You will need to move that out of the way. Anchors fixed to concrete. Must be mounted secure and mounted straight.must supply own drill and drill bits. Once installed I am going to add bracing to the fascia on both sides for extra support ( which is not required in the task) Located in Doreen.
