Looking for a licensed tradesperson to supply and install a single internal swing door, including bulkhead, framing, plastering and painting. No electrical works. We have purchased a house with an open upstairs master bedroom that we want to close off. Approx 1200 x 2700. Settlement is 11 May and we want to schedule works for as soon as possible after we get the keys as we won’t be able to move in until the door install is complete. My dog jumps up and opens the door from the inside when I’m not at home I want to prevent this from happening so I need the door handles and lock replaced to make it some sort of deadlock that she can’t unlock when I’m not at home she’s a smart dog I will fund buying the lock and handle it necessary

IKEA Wardrobe has been built already. Just need the following done: 1. Cut out skirting board where cabinets are being installed 2. Anchor IKEA wardrobe to the concrete wall using IKEA kit 3. Install doors on wardrobe 4. Finish by sealing all the gaps to the wall

Replace both bedroom door handles with key lockable handles. I do not have the handles as I don’t know the measurements. Prefer similar style to existing handles if possible but main priority is that the handles fit into the existing holes. The 2 doors need to be keyed differently. The apartment is in the CBD.
