Looking for a handyman to complete several repairs at our rental property before we move out. Jobs include: Repair/replace several sections of damaged or warped skirting board, including preparing and painting to match Patch and repair various screw/anchor holes in plaster walls and one small 10c sized indent Touch-up painting to repaired areas and a couple other areas where paint has lifted/been damaged, matching existing paint as closely as possible Replace damaged flyscreens on 4 windows. Ideally looking for someone who can handle the whole job, including materials (we have a 1220mm x 2.05m roll of pet mesh flyscreen and 6.5m of 4.5mm spline on hand) Happy to provide additional photos of all areas that need work prior to quoting, or organise time to inspect. Looking to have to work completed within the next couple of weeks.

Supply and install one internal study-room door into an existing door jamb. Opening is approximately 755mm wide × 2020mm high, door thickness 35mm. Existing hinge recesses are still present. Please include supply of a plain white internal door, hinges, passage handle, trimming the door to fit, and installation.

Install blinds for 6 windows: they are 3x double blinds for window 1800 wide and 3 x Venetian blinds 850 wide. Not delivered yet but in their way

One of the centre hinges on my ECO sectional garage door has broken and needs to be replaced. * The garage door spring is not broken. * Only the centre plastic/composite hinge assembly has failed. * The door is currently closed and the opener is disconnected. * I have photos showing the broken hinge and the door. * I would prefer someone experienced with sectional garage doors to supply the correct replacement hinge and install it. If you are unable to supply the part, please let me know which hinge is required and I can source it.

Reposting this ad as there are a few more tasks and details than initially anticipated. Need a handyman for drywall repair in a few places, one of which includes bracket installation and attaching a bookcase to a well. Prefer an all inclusive quote or hourly. First pic - The drywall was damaged due to a baby gate. Need someone to patch up, paint and attach a metal bracket to stop this from happening again. Note that the hole needs to be patched, painted and dried before bracket can be installed. This may require couple of visits between painting and bracket installation.I can supply the paint and metal bracket etc. 2nd pic - fixing a 1-2 inch scratch in the drywall in another room - this probably only needs paint. Again I can supply the paint. 3rd and 4th pics - fixing the drywall in another section of the house which has been drilled by mistake by a trade. Attaching a bookcase to the wall - note that you need to be physically strong as the top half of the bookcase needs to be lifted a couple of feet to place it on the bottom section.
