Find an experienced handyman in Croydon VIC

Looking for a handyman/plasterer to repair a small section of damaged wall in my home. Scope of works: • Patch a rectangular hole in plaster wall (approx. 300mm x 150mm) • Reinstate wall surface (flush finish) • Apply base + top coat ready for painting • Light sanding for smooth finish • Optional: touch-up paint if you can colour match (not essential) Notes: • Easy access, ground floor • Wall is standard plasterboard • No electrical or plumbing in the affected section • I’ve included a photo for reference • Looking for a clean, professional finish (end of lease standard)

In a need of 10 fly screen on windows plus one sliding fly screen for sliding door. Problem is that two of the windows where I am trying to add the fly screen has a black out blinds attached around the windown frame which only gives a small space. I will attach photos for reference Only allowing me to add 5 photos but number of fly screens I would need would be around 11

- Removal of old gas heater and wall air conditioning and patch the area after removal -removal of wall papers -patching the plaster wall area where crack -change light bulbs -fixation of small items around house like fixing cupboards door, lift the hinges of door -fix the range hood to be functional -painting of whole area -gutter cleaning and general tidy up around the yard -removal of old curtains and install new ones -install the fan in the room All necessary repairs to be able to rent Please note it is not a one day job, I believe.

Repair Garage door. Garage door does close but not fully. Refer to the pictures.

2 honeycomb blinds cords have worn and broken. Cords need replacing.

Home gym assembly. All pieces have been labelled from when it was disassembled to move house.
