Silicone seal all of our floor skirting boards and patch drill holes. Locations are in medium sized dining room, 2x medium bedrooms, 2 small hallways, small laundry, small office. Approx total = 67sqm Second part of the job is to fix 3 spots where the ceiling cornices are damaged. Will provide photos by end of day.

Removal and disposal of 3m cornice fixed to the ceiling. The cornice is only glued along the top edge, with the bottom edge unattached from the wall. We want a Smooth/sanding of the surface to prepare for paint.

We have noticed settlement cracks in the ceiling area directly under the top of the staircase (two story home). It was initially a hairline crack but seems to be getting worse. Need someone to diagnose the issue and repair cracks.

Cornices has fallen from my wall. Need someone who's experienced to put a new one up, making sure it's done right and painted afterwards. It's the boral New York 90mm - length is approx 3m.

We need the new cornices sanded down where the joins are, then no-gaps sealed above and below the cornices, then the cornices painted, then the ceiling painted.
