fix 3 spots where the ceiling cornices are damaged. One has been smashed, this is the photo where it has been taped over in white. The other two are existing cuts were previous built in wardrobes were taken out and replaced with new ones. Render one air vent that has been bricked in. White set tender finish.

We have 2 rooms where old wardrobes have been removed. These areas need to be painted to match the rest of the room. There is also cornice repair required for parts of these areas as well. We have recently installed new flooring and skirting and the skirting needs painting and sealing around the apartment. Small wall section above sink also needs paint and plastering. Thanks! need ~ 7-8 walls painted (note this is not the full rooms - but feature walls , plus a small hallway. House is a villa so not very big. Also about 3 metres of cornices (replacements were put in but not the right colour) All paint will be provided, drop cloths and paint tape and I have a ladder, but you will need brushes or tell me what I need to buy . Don't need primer - just 1-2 coats per wall. I anticipate this will be ~ 2 days of work.

Dog chewed a small piece of cornice. I think some builders bog is the way to go. I’m just not handy at that.

Removal and disposal of 3m cornice fixed to the ceiling. The cornice is only glued along the top edge, with the bottom edge unattached from the wall. We want a Smooth/sanding of the surface to prepare for paint.

Install cornices in 3 small rooms. Each room is about 2.4m x 2.3m. Labour only. I already bought the cornices (Gyprock Cove 55mm) and pre-mix cornice cement. I can also help hold up the cornice if 2 people needed.
