Hi all, I have a factory roller door, 5m x 3.8m in size. I need someone to come and install a brush door seal around the edges and the top. I will supply the edge brushes as I have them already, but I need someone to also acquire a wider brush seal for the top section which is larger than what bunnings had available in store. I need a rubber seal installed at the bottom of the door as well. I'm not sure how best to do this. I can supply a concrete drill with the appropriate bits. I do not have a sufficiently tall ladder so you will need to supply that. If you need additional photos/details please specify. Location is in Clayton South, I am available any time after 9AM until 8PM.

I have a Fujitsu split ac that needs to be repaired as it’s not giving out heat when at 30 degrees and max fan setting. It’s fixed at approx 2.2 meters height. Also any advice on getting another remote control will be helpful as I am using one remote for the same type of AC that works fine in living room and the one that’s gone bad now. Had horrible decking installation by Andrew Belic Construction (owner only show up on first day along with a dodgy helper who left our door opened everyday without notifying us at all - nightmare experience) and no response of since. We’re forced to find a solution from other installer because the timber decking had various issues such as minor peeling (many tradies that came by commented that it lack finishing but the timber provider Britek claim it doesn’t need), wide gaps, unsupported planks (danger), and continue growing of weeds from underneath decking through gaps. We got some replacement timber from Britek but would need professional advise on what’s going on and wrong before making decision on how to fix it. Price negotiable. Kindly advise. - Due date: Flexible
