Need to mortar in a shower base

Hi, I need a professional plasterer to patch a rectangular hole in my ceiling that was cut to fix a leak. ​Details: ​Size: Approximately 30cm x 30cm. ​Location: Ceiling is standard height, but the hole is located next to a bulkhead and cornice (see photos). ​Requirements: Patch, tape, and sand to a smooth, paint-ready finish.

I would like help mounting a double-sided wall clock. I have tried to mount it myself using Wallmate plasterboard anchors but the anchors have not gone all the way through. I would need help with fixing that issue too so that the clock can be properly mounted

Shower floor tile requires fix to grout. Gaps at few places.
