We had banner fixed to the wall outside of our shop and the crews came out for recently as some did not fix properly. Can you pls fix this? Posting this as I do not have tools to fix. I can give helping hand. Pls let me know if you have any questions.

The rot is concentrated at the top of the post, where it meets the gutter and roof structure. Cause of damage is due to weathering. It requires structural carpentry repair. Outcome is to have the post repaired along with the surrounding areas where it joins, so that the remaining post does not rot further. Finished job is to also include painted, sanded, and finished to match existing structure. Likely the post needs to be replaced and possible the two connecting beams that join.

Repair and paint broken sideboard

Fix security door. Door is already brought and replaced. Need to fix few screws and install the striker plate correctly

I woke up this morning and saw a 10 cent size of black mark. I tried cleaning it with alcohol and also used a knife to scrape it off but it looks ugly now. Looking for someone to repair it.

Need handyman by hour, need few fixing around the house like fixing broken fence post and door handle and some plaster work

I have 2 Eufy smart doorknobs that I need installed on 2 doors that currently have the same doorknobs. I initially tried this myself and hit road blocks with the hole not being wide enough (refer to pics) There is also a second hole from the previous door knob that the new lock should cover, but I would love for the hole to be filled. The new knobs are smaller than the old ones. I would preferably like the entire job done, including painting the section that is now missing paint, but I'm ok if I need to do that job myself.

Need a 2100mm, ~15kg hinged glass shower door picked up from Clayton South, taken to the apartment and installed. The door is a complete swap of door from same manufacturer and is pre-arranged for pickup. I can’t get there. The previous door shattered, so the hinges from the old door (on site) need to be reattached - Just a screw. Will required you to bring your own tools. Parking downstairs, lift access available.
