Hi, We have a spa embedded in our deck. It no longer has power, but potentially still have gas and water connected. It hasn't functioned in a minimum of 5 years. It's removal of the whole system so we can deck over the hole. There is also a sliding glass door used to keep the spa seperate from other section of the deck, and this would need to be uninstalled carefully but not removed - Due date: Flexible
