May require packing out around the electrical conduit. Gate needs to be braced to prevent sagging. I will do all patching and painting. Also need to line the internal arbour roof with cement sheet, and cement sheet on the external fascia board (notched around the roof joists and extending up to the tin sheets). Decorative timber trims (42x42) around to cover the cut marks. Gate will be approx 1800 x 1400, arbour roof is approx 1400 x 1700, fascia is approx 350 x 1700 All materials will be supplied, just need a take off list beforehand.
