Two external cavity doors. The insides of the pocket door cavity are not lined with cement sheeting. This need to be sheeted to keep vermin out. Access to the cavity from the indoor stud-wall. Pic 1 - external cavity sliding stacker door. Two of these facing each other . Pic 2 - the pocket cavity is not lined. Need to line all sides including top. Pic 3 - cut the interior FC wall sheeting to access the cavities, reinstate upon completion. Each door around 1250x2650. All inclusive, labour, materials, glue, nails, silicon etc.

Replace 3m x .9m wide fibre cement sheeting same as existing, it aroond a outdoor shower roughin, will neec to be looked at as some of the ali trim on both sides may need replacing

Hi, Based in St Lucia on Gailey Road. I demolished my bathroom recently and would like to have a cover for the pipe running against the left side of the wall rebuilt. The frame is made of wood and covers are cement sheeting. This is to be done before the tiler can come back to finish the job. Please see attached image for reference. I’m looking for a quality carpenter need to build a front gate on the arbour, in similar style to the fence (palings will be butted together, with top plate), and mount a eufy security lock + door handle. May require packing out around the electrical conduit. Gate needs to be braced to prevent sagging. I will do all patching and painting. Also need to line the internal arbour roof with cement sheet, and cement sheet on the external fascia board (notched around the roof joists and extending up to the tin sheets). Decorative timber trims (42x42) around to cover the cut marks. Gate will be approx 1800 x 1400, arbour roof is approx 1400 x 1700, fascia is approx 350 x 1700 All materials will be supplied, just need a take off list beforehand.
