2 x ceiling fans new install for both in the spot I currently have lights. The remote control for the fan will operate the light on the fan. I have the brand-new fans in boxes. Ceiling is concrete and a 70s build apartment double brick. Unfortunately, an electrician has left me without the work done and I’ve paid him $510 for the two installs. I just need to get it done and happy to pay the same while I try to get a refund

DC ceiling fan, to be installed into ceiling, two access panels, there is a steel bar to anchor fan into and exisiting ceiling power from downlights in there.
