Looking for an experienced plasterer or handyman to repair several sections of cornicing in our kitchen where cracks and gaps have developed between the cornices and the ceiling. In some areas, particularly around the corners, the cornices appear to be pulling away from the ceiling. Please then sand and paint the repaired areas. Approximate measurements of affected sections: 1. Above glass stovetop and kitchen bench: 158 cm 2. Left side of cupboard above microwave and oven: 30 cm 3. Above wall oven and microwave: 80 cm 4. Right side of cupboard above microwave and oven: 60 cm 5. Above kitchen doorway: 150 cm (just the corners) 6. Above refrigerator: 140 cm, plus approximately 15 cm at the corner. Please refer to the attached photos, which show the affected areas and approximate measurements. Availability: Monday 19th, Tuesday 20th or Thursday 22nd October, between 10 am and 4 pm.

The mirror has fallen off my bathroom vanity cabinet. It’s still in one completely piece but needs to be remounted. Glue still remaining on the cabinet door will need removing too before mirror is put back on.

I have 2 curtain tracks that need installing across my 2 glass sliding doors. I purchased these online through 5 Minute Blinds. We started to try self install as per their online instructions but seems to be a bit more challenging with our limited experience. Tried to find the studs but what we thought was turned out not to be - just dry wall. We also then tried to drill into a stud but couldn’t get through. Wondering if our home frame might not be timber. We have tracks and install screws that are designed for timber. Need someone to assess situation advise on right screws and wall anchors and install the tracks for us.
