Kitche cupboard hinge has come out of the side of the cupboard

I am after a handyman/carpenter to complete 8 small jobs at my place in Canterbury. From installing locks on two cupboard doors to replacing a toilet seat and a few more. The description of each job is within the photos posted. I’m guessing it will take approximately 2 hours to finish all 8 jobs. Yet feel free to correct me if I am wrong as I am not handy. I am flexible most days between 9.30-3.00pm. Location: Canterbury (near Camberwell).

I need a person to come and pressure hose and fix minor cracks in the plaster mouldings around the front of my double story house it might need a metal capping too
