Replace some timber weatherboards and bargeboard and corner post on rear extension and repair some splitting ends (if possible, otherwise discuss replacement) Main area about 2 x 1m. I am happy to remove the rotten boards and to paint pre-primed boards. The electrical outlet should be able to be worked around and not need an electrician.
