Multiple tasks: 4 weather seals on doors, 2 hooks in concrete wall, 1 slight adjustment to door hang Details: I have purchased 4 weather seals for my doors, I would like these to be cut to size and installed. I would also like the screws on my front screen door adjusted as it has fallen a little and sometimes is hard to lock.

I purchased an 'Austral Retractaway 40 retracting clothesline' and am looking for someone to install it on my balcony walls which are brick on both sides (see image for what one of the walls looks like). I have a hole in the wall that needs to be fixed

I require someone to move an old electric panel wall heater to another room (see pic of wall heater) and affix a new larger panel wall heater to the old room. The walls are very tough gyprock (it's an old house built in the 1960s. There are existing wall brackets in the old room - hopefully they don't require alteration to accommodate the new heater.

Roller blinds in the spare room, fell tonight and I'd like someone to put the blinds back in its place. You will need a ladder. The last person I got to come and do this for me, did a dodgy job and the blinds chain were actually stuck so I will need you took look at that for me as well. I found out after he had long left and there were dirty finger prints on the blinds so please ensure you have clean hands before doing the fixtures. Thank you.

It’s the thing that’s in your bathroom and it’s hanging down and maybe it can just be pushed back up but I don’t have a letter. I don’t really know. Be nice but do not fall down. I also am worried about the fans in the bathroom being full of dust, but that’s a whole issue and also concerned about my whole Aircon and fans needing a full clean out.
