For the Main Bedroom and Walk-in Robe: Install 4 x rods into the studs of the wall ABOVE the Louvre windows. Curtains, rods, and brackets are supplied. You'll need to supply heavy-duty screws to withhold the weight of the rods and prevent the rods from sagging over time. There is already a roller blind attached to the architrave. Our garage floor ceiling is wet at the top (see photo). Doesn’t appear to be dripping but still feels wet. The garage ceiling is directly under our upstairs hallway so not sure what is causing the leak.

Seals on this patio door are stuffed. Like for like replacement.. Someone who has experience please. With winter coming, too much air escapes, so would like done in next week.

SomeONE or SomeTWO - with my assistance (I have muscle but no skills) to dismantle a pool fence that is way out of line. It’s now unsafe. Obviously big panels of glass that need to be removed. Somebody with correct tools that will allow me time to work on getting deck redone and then fence re-installed….safely. At moment, it looks like it’s going to come apart due to weight. Got sent two right-side brackets for boxing stand, the seller is slacking on sending the left side. Wondering if this is a fix with a saw and some welding? And how much that might cost? - Due date: Before Sunday, 10 March 2024
