Shower screen & tiled area repair work, adjustments, refixing and re caulking. Over time, it has become loose and silicone has worn out. No damage to glass or frame though. See photos

Shower area repair work (wall) - approximately 3 sqm. Clean up and level the area. Fix necessary Timber supports. Fix wet area board. Apply two coats of wet area membrane including taping the corners. Re Tile the area.

I need a towel rail installed in a powder room in my home. I have already purchased the towel rail. Its dimensions are 30cm W x 3cm H x 6.5cm D. See photos of the boxed product. Ideally the rail will be installed to the right of the sink in the powder room. (See photos of the powder room.) However, the chosen location may depend on stud position in the wall. After the rail has been installed, I need the adjacent wall and floor thoroughly cleaned up. All necessary tools and equipment must be brought to the job, as none will be available on-site.
