Looking for an experienced renderer/plasterer to repair and prepare my laundry wall following plumbing and electrical work. Wall is approximately 1930mm wide and is rendered brick. Work required: * Fill and repair plumbing and electrical chases. * Patch exposed brickwork, holes and damaged render. * Remove loose or raised old tile adhesive where required. * Repair any loose or uneven render. * Ensure splashback area is flat, sound and ready for tiling. * Leave exposed wall sections smooth and paint-ready. Cabinet layout: * Base cabinet: 600W × 600D × 800H (bottom left). * Overhead cabinet: 1200W × 750H (top right). * Benchtop: 1920W × 600D across the wall. * Splashback tiles will be installed above the benchtop. Much of the wall will be concealed by cabinets, appliances and tiles, so cosmetic finishing isn’t required everywhere. Concealed areas still need to be properly repaired and sufficiently flat. Timing: * Electrician completing chasing Thursday 8 October. Cabinet fixings will need to anchor into the brickwork. Photos show the current condition. Updated photos can be provided Thursday. I have an internal painted door that previously had a hole in it. The hole was repaired using wood filler/wood dust, but the repair was not finished properly and the patched area is still visible. I’m looking for an experienced handyman/painter to professionally redo/finish the repair so that the surface is smooth, level and blends with the rest of the door as closely as possible, with no obvious patch marks. The existing repair may need to be sanded back, levelled/re-filled as required, primed and painted. I’m happy for the whole face of the door to be repainted if that will give a cleaner and more consistent finish, rather than just touching up the repaired area. Please include all materials, filler, primer and paint required in your offer. Photos attached showing the current condition. The main priority is the quality of the finish. I want the repaired area to be difficult to identify once completed. Please let me know whether you recommend repairing/refinishing the existing patch or another approach to achieve the best result.

To repair glass sliding door which is jammed

Our security door needs new rivets to hold security wire in place - we have installed a few but some still have a piece sticking out that needs to be cut off - we have the rivets as the job needs a specific size - we are seeking someone who can cut the 5 rivets with a piece sticking out and install about 10 others - these will need the holes drilled out before installing

Assemble a new garden shed. Needs a rivet gun to screw in the holes. Owner will be home to assist. Garden shed is aluminium material.

Fix sliding doors(x2), bathroom exhaust(x1), bathroom drain plug replacement. Sliding doors are not sliding smoothly. It seems like some issue with the track. Bathtub drain plug is damaged,needs replacement

Can someone install my toilet seat? The current one is loose and happy to get a new one and need your help to install it. But this new toilet seat I bought is a bit off from its shape and measurement from its original toilet seat. Can this be fixed or just need to get a proper toilet seat and install it?

Need a concrete slab laid for a garden shed. 2.4m wide x 1.65m length. 100mm slab. Require someone to complete the job from ground prep through to completion of slab. Soil only needs to be levelled vs digging down as happy for the slab to sit higher. There is wheelbarrow access to rear of property but two steps up and down to manage.
