I need help installing a long curtain rack/trail (over 3 meters) onto plasterboard/drywall.  The living area is around W: 376cm H: 270 Wall type: plasterboard/drywall Ladder needed for access  If possible, please bring appropriate tools and fasteners suited for plasterboard installations. The chain on my electric garage door has snapped. It may just need to be reconnected, or possibly replaced if it can’t be fixed. The chain is made up of many small links that require special tools to reconnect. Right now the remote doesn’t work and I can’t open the door manually because the broken chain is stuck and blocking it. Looking for someone with the right tools and experience to repair or replace the chain and get the door working again.

Handyman to fix this part of the house

Towel rail is currently installed into the plaster wall using plaster wall anchors, over time these have damaged the plaster. I am wanting to have the towel rail secured in something more solid. I believe the other side is screwed into metal/timber within the wall cavity.

I want someone to install the La Luna pet door into the sliding doors. The job is fairly simple - put a long door between the two sliding doors in the living room. Shower area repair work (wall) - approximately 3 sqm. Clean up and level the area. Fix necessary Timber supports. Fix wet area board. Apply two coats of wet area membrane including taping the corners. Re Tile the area.
