I had my letterbox damaged recently and it needs to be replaced with the new one. The concrete base is still there and would need to removed to put new concrete base. I have bought freestanding one from Bunnings that would need to be installed. Pics attached. Note: Bunnings provide installation offer for $99 but as part of their contract with their subbie, they do not remove concrete etc. Therefore, please be reasonable with your offer so it is mutually beneficial. I can dispose the concrete and the damaged letterbox so please don't include it in your offer.

Looking for a handyman to work on a few maintenance work. Some of the tasks are: 1. Fix the roof downpipe to the stormwater drain ( currently the connector is broken) 2. Connect the hot water system overflow to stormwater drainage. 3. Fixing minor cracking on roof ridge capping 4. Fixing very small (tiny) chips in shower base 5. Fix sealant and grouting in bathrooms. - Due date: Flexible
