Tap is leaking when opened and the water tracks down to the underneath of the cupboard inside. Should be a quick fix ,but I couldn't find easy access to the screw nut to tighten it. Might need to get access through by removing the side drawers , I tried it, but need special equipment to reach the screw

I have a damaged wall corner which needs a fix.

I had my letterbox damaged recently and it needs to be replaced with the new one. The concrete base is still there and would need to removed to put new concrete base. I have bought freestanding one from Bunnings that would need to be installed. Pics attached. Note: Bunnings provide installation offer for $99 but as part of their contract with their subbie, they do not remove concrete etc. Therefore, please be reasonable with your offer so it is mutually beneficial. I can dispose the concrete and the damaged letterbox so please don't include it in your offer.

We have purchased a set of custom-sized smart shades that we would like to have professionally installed in our home as we don’t want to risk any damage doing it ourselves. We’re looking for someone who has the necessary skills and if completed to a high standard we may reach out again in the future for more of the same shades to be installed.
