A neighbour recently removed a tree beside our shared boundary fence, and the work appears to have dislodged or damaged the wooden fence. I am looking for someone to assess and repair it. I also have a few other woodwork jobs for a capable handyman with availability.

I need a structural timber window sub-sill and frame replaced. The internal wall demolition is already fully done and will be completed by an insurance builder. The job: The whole window frame timber and affected sub-sill directly underneath and around the aluminium window frame has rotted and needs to be removed and replaced structurally and repainted to match current paint. I’ve got a small leak in my shower on my first floor and the laundry directly below it. Looking for someone to come in and install access panel in the laundry ceiling about 500m square so I can see what’s going on. I can provide the panel. The whole ceiling will need to be replaced from water damage just want to install a panel for now to keep bugs etc out. I might also need this person to take some photos I can pass onto plumber/waterproofer to resolve if the problem isn’t obvious.
