Need some plantation doors realigned so they stop scraping on floor

We have two shade cloth blinds on the outside of the house that are damaged and need to be removed. They are screwed into brick.

External metal blind attached to verandah. Top part has become loose (approx 2.5 metres high) and flaps in windy weather and needs to be reattached.
