The windows are very tall - top of the window is approx 3.3m high so you will need a ladder high enough, both windows are narrow. One is approx 900mm wide and the other approx 600mm wide. Other small jobs to do are 1. attach an ikea cabinet to the wall 2. remove a vanity basin unit Would like to pay $50 ph and engage for 2hrs.

One of my motorised external roller shutters has come out of the side track and is stuck. They’re not interconnected. Only the third shutter needs to be aligned. They operated by remote.

The mounted blind bracket used to support my blind cords is broken and needs to be fixed. I've included photos showing the original bracket is out of place and needs to be resealed and screwed into the wall. This is a relatively simple task and only needs to be done on the left side of my sliding door. I have the original nail but unfortunately it won’t go into the hole. This minor project will involve a little touch up paint around the affected area and screwing in the blind cords securely.
