Installing the ceiling plasterboard in a room as well as cornices. Size of the room is 2.8m by 4.1m approximately. It's 3 sheets of plasterboard (1350x3000) and cove cornices (90x90) which are already delivered to the site. Battens are also already installed (see pictures). The ceiling needs to be prepaired for painting. Happy to give a hand in lifting things.

I need to drill 60 holes in the concrete/ brick wall and install rails for hanging artworks. The rail is 90cm long. The nail is 3cm long and the diameter of the nail is 4mm. Rails are aluminium. Expansion bolt cover is white. I already drew the line on the wall, so you will know the height. There are no holes on rails.

Currently there is no gate. The property is by a busy traffic road so need some sound reduction feature
