Our ducted gas heater doesn't seem to be igniting - air is blowing through the ducts but without any heat. We suspect one of the big storms last month may have resulted in the pilot light being blown out, as there was a small hole in the roof that has since been repaired. If this is the case, we'd love to get it re-lit! Or otherwise, get an idea of what else needs replacing/repairing. We unfortunately don't have a large ladder so you would need to bring one yourself. Replace existing 60cm gas cooktop with new 60cm gas cooktop. Old and new are both smeg; presumably the new one will have no issues fitting.
