We have an Astral e170 pool pump. It has been working well pumping the water from the roof through to the pool. However , it has now stopped working. It appears when the solar controller tries to engage the pump, then the pump makes a humming sound but doesn’t start. I even plugged the pump straight into the power and it did not start (same issue humming). Looking at the online information it appears maybe a capacitor failure in the pool pump. I am hoping someone can come and diagnose and replace this part if it is the issue.
