Aprox 60 square metres of floor area is polished Tasmanian oak. There is a discolouration of aprox 4 square metres in the dining room. The dining room is aprox 22 square metres. How much would it cost to sand and polish (with polyurethane) the dining room? How much would it cost to sand and varnish the whole 60square metres? Can only the small, discoloured area be sanded and varnished? Thank you
