Replace the internal timber balustrade at first floor level as its only 860mm in lieu of the required 1m such that it is at least 1m above Finished floor level which appears to be a brown coloured laminate/ vinyl type floor finish. 3 Bed House, cut and polish wooden floor.

Hi, I want carpet lifted in a lounge room approx 4 X 3m and a hallway approx 3M X 1.5M. I have spare carpet and want the spare carpet laid in the hallway. I am going to leave the loungeroom as concrete floor until I decide what to do with it.

I need my floorboards sanded and polished. Floorboards are raw and am not sure what type of wood

As per photo I have an 11cm x 9cm hole in my carpet. The underlay has also been removed, the concrete is exposed. I have spare carpet to patch the hole but no underlay. I require supply of underlay and the hole patched up as best is possible, using spare piece of carpet.

There is a stain on the floorboards and we have tried to clean it but cannot remove it. We had received advice that it may need to be revarnished.
