Lay floorboards in areas that are yellow. No wall between kitchen and family anymore, we have laid floorboards in kitchen same as shown. So will be able to connect. Will need to level out some areas to make the same with mdf sheeting or something. I have floor boards ( image attached ) I would like this done over the weekend

Some patches of wood has lost color that needs restoration/polished/resending (open to suggestions). I guess those 3-4 small patches can be sanded again (Preferred) or whole floor.

We just bought a new (130 year old) house in Renown Park, most of the house is floorboards but the main bedroom is carpet on top of ground that was filled in with concrete. The room is 4.32m x 3.64m. ($5 budget isn’t accurate, just not sure what ballpark we are looking at so not sure what to put.)
