I already have the stain (Cabot's range—previously used on this deck), so you won't need to supply the main finish. Scope of Work: Prep: Wash down the deck and fence area thoroughly to prepare the timber surfaces. Main Deck Area (2 Coats): Front section: Approx. 5m x 5m (plus ~500mm high fascia/edge) Side return: Approx. 5m x 200mm Access step Fence (2 Coats): Approx. 15 linear metres of post-and-rail fence. Application: Apply two coats of the provided Cabot's product to the deck, step, and post-and-rail fence, allowing adequate dry time between coats. Need to be all mitred joints, painted, include fill gaps between top of skirting and wall.
