Hi I have approx 12 squares of vinyl flooring that needs to be installed. There are some different cuts as it needs to go into a laundry and toilet

I need someone to come and install ~50 square metres of laminate over our existing tiled floors. I have been told that we have enough clearance to be able to do the laminate on top of the tiles. Will require leveling tile subfloor, replacing trim and installing new floors.

Recently had carpet removed from 2 bedrooms Need floorboards sanded and polished to match other floorboards in house Main bedroom - floorboards in very good condition (see 1st photo) Second bedroom - 2 areas where cement needs to be removed and floorboards replaced there. Some patches of wood has lost color that needs restoration/polished/resending (open to suggestions). I guess those 3-4 small patches can be sanded again (Preferred) or whole floor.

We just bought a new (130 year old) house in Renown Park, most of the house is floorboards but the main bedroom is carpet on top of ground that was filled in with concrete. The room is 4.32m x 3.64m. ($5 budget isn’t accurate, just not sure what ballpark we are looking at so not sure what to put.)
