Hi, I’m looking for an experienced installer to lay hybrid flooring across approximately 87m² of my home. The job covers three different areas with varying subfloor conditions: • Main house (approx. 54m²): Currently has old vinyl flooring that’s been down for over 10 years. The vinyl is not glued and still sitting flat, but I’m unsure of the condition of the subfloor underneath until it’s lifted. • New extension (approx. 18m2 )Brand new subflooring has just been installed. It’s smooth and clean, ready for flooring with no prep required. • Older extension (approx. 27m²): This area has older floorboards that may require some light prep or levelling before installation.
