Hi there, I'm looking for a very experienced team to: 1. remove carpet from both bedrooms, one hallway and living/ dining room, and pull up the laminate currently installed in the kitchen. 2. Roll it all up and dispose of it on the front lawn. 3. Prepare subfloor by removing all nails etc and install new laminate floor boards WITH underlay to these rooms. Please note before quoting: Master bedroom has two built in robes, both have carpet to be removed and both require laminate installed. My flooring boards created gaps and need someone to replace the boards with new one and seal the edges with silicone seal. need I person inspection before job to fix route cause as I can see flooring level is abit irregular.
