I have one very small burn mark (approximately 10–15 mm) on a timber-look floorboard. Looking for someone experienced in cosmetic timber/laminate/hybrid floor repairs to remove/fill the damaged area, professionally colour-match the existing flooring and recreate the grain/finish so the repair is as unnoticeable as possible. Spot repair preferred — I do not want the entire floor sanded or a board replaced unless absolutely necessary. When offering please include your availability (date and time), quote for labour (and materials if you can supply suitable laminate). Narrow strip of old tiles on the floor where the cabinets used to be. The area needs to be installed with matching or similar laminate flooring so appliances can be installed on top of it.
