Needing floor boards replaced due to cat stains. I have the spare stock just need someone with the skills to replace them.

House, ground floor, front room. Timber, raw, spotted gum, 80mm W, T&G. Full installation including: moisture barrier, direct stick to concrete (glue & nail), sanding and polishing.

Flooring to be laid in 2 rooms 5 X 4 and 4 X 3

12 square meter bedroom floorboard needing restoration, there is some paint and scuffing on the floors as an FYI

Floorboards needing laid in a 3 x 3 bedroom. All products on site including power and saw.

8 - 12 boards on wooden floor need sanding to remove small areas of scratches and then refinishing with polyurethane varnish.

Replace damaged clip in (tongue and groove) boards with spare boards. Will need to splice (cut existing boards) as limited spares (only 8)

Hi We’re building a fiberglass pool first, then the house will be constructed. The pool shell will already be in the ground during the house construction. So, we’ve been advised to cover it with a plank and board for safety. Builder will build scaffold and people might walk on plank and board as well. The cover needs to be strong enough for that. Is anyone can do this job ??

I’m needing a couple small floorboards replaced. 100 year old boards.

Placement of 2 jarrah floor boards where we have knocked out a wall. We have the boards ready to be installed. Replacement of jarrah skirting, roughly 2m all up to be reinstalled - we have the skirting.

We need a floor installer who can 1) lay approx 30 / 40 sq m of wooden floor over tile. This is to finish an existing floor 2) change the wood step on 3 steps We have all the wooden boards and step boards Thanks

Having new decking put in. Still unsure of the date as company has not yet told me but have asked that I remove old decking. Need old decking uninstalled but removal of boards will be handled by me. Update on installation of new decking company has said should be some time around may so I will need it removed around then.

Sand and polish 40sqm of wooden deck and coat with sealer. Must have own equipment.

Hi, I have 4 pairs of water damaged floorboards and would like a quote on how much it’ll cost. All 4 pairs are pretty similar to the photos I’ve attached. Not sure if engineered or floating floorboards. Offer whatever you think is fair.

Remove and replace broken/cracked floorboards. There’s around 20 throughout that have lifted or cracked and seperated, I’ve had them fully replaced twice in the last 8 years, I still have spare boxes of these ones and hoping to have repaired to last another year or two before having to replace all flooring again. Needs to be completed on a Sunday, Monday or Tuesday.
