A hallway needing floorboards sanded

Hi there, we ha e had minor flooding in a small section of our apartment. Water is under the floor boards, only a small area. We need someone to quote to remove this small section (4 planks about 1m long each) so that we can dry the floors and then reinstall them tomorrow.

I'm flexible on dates. I can't say for certain what the cause is but I would like it addressed. I've got concrete underneath the floor boards so I assume the material between the floor boards and the concrete has failed. If you would provide details of the work required to fix the spongy floorboards boards. In regards to the pictures, the area is in the kitchen. The are marked inside the tape is where it's spongy. That section is about 70cm X 100cm. The kitchen is 125cm X 338cm.
