I need a professional flooring contractor to prep & apply a thin bed of high strength rapid set screed or similar. Max thickness is 15mm - 20mm. It is a high traffic area & is appx 3 sqms.

Replace a joist underneath Baltic pine floor boards. The joist underneath a floorboard has rotted away (my guess). This means one floorboard sinks when you walk on it. I’m looking to have the joist replaced. Access under the house is not possible. Boards will need to be removed.

Loose squeaky floorboards require repair. I know where joist runs. Experienced in this if possible?

I have several scratches/scuff marks on my timber-look flooring that I’d like professionally colour-matched and touched up. I’m looking for someone experienced with timber/laminate flooring scratch repairs and colour matching. I have tried a furniture repair kit but haven’t been happy with the colour match, so I’d prefer someone who can bring the appropriate products. Photos attached. I’d like the scratches blended into the existing flooring as naturally as possible.

I have 6 of these vents to fill, 4 are in jarrah and 2 in baltic pine. I'm sourcing second hand flooring that will (somewhat) match.

Due to water proofing issues timber flooring for swollen and can out. It is not broken and need to put it back with flue. May need some cutting as due to swollen, it does not fit.

Two floorboards are damaged and need replaced. The replacement boards don't need to perfectly match (this is coming ahead of a later renovation), but a close stain would be great.

Hi there, I am moving out of my apartment in St Kilda and need a small chip repaired on a floorboard so it passes my final rental inspection. The Problem: It’s a single deep gouge about the size of a fingernail (see attached photos). The dark core of the plank is exposed. The Goal: Fill and color-match the chip so it blends in seamlessly with the surrounding wood grain and matte finish. What you need to bring: You will need to supply your own color-matched repair materials (hard wax kit, laminate repair filler, or professional epoxy) to match the light oak/tan tone of the floorboards.
