Find an experienced floor repair pro in South Yarra

My floor has been worn out and also some liquid in side so it appears to be black and mouldy. Is there anyway to repair the flooring without needing to reinstall the floor?

Looking for floor installer for small repair. Would like to remove 2 thin ramps glued in doorway (on top of floating floor) into bathroom and toilet and replace with quad. May be some minor scratches or glue needing to be buffed out and polished or stained to match remainder of floor.

Have 2 wooden ramps (thin pieces of wood glued to top of timber floor) leading into bathroom and toilet. Would like them removed however glue underneath could (possibly) damage timber floor underneath whilst removing. Would then (possibly if damaged) need to be sanded/cleaned to any remove glue and match to existing floor with some stain or polish. Ramps are already lifting so probably won’t be too difficult to take off (and possibly not cause too much damage).
