Surface repair of various dark and light stains on engineered floorboards in kitchen. Stains are due to cooking/cleaning spills that have appeared slowly over time and span approx 7 boards. I require a surface care specialist that is able to prepare the surface, tape up the area, fill and level it, and match the colour, grain, and sheen as closely as possible.

We have hybrid flooring in our townhouse and a few tongues have slipped out of their grooves. We have 5 spare boards that we want to replace the worst spots with. It would be removing trim, replacing the damaged boards and then replacing the trim. The townhouse is pretty narrow, so none of the boards that need to be replaced would be more than 50cm away from a wall.

Im in an apartment on the first floor (one floor up) and have nice wooden flooring floating above the shop below. There is a corner of my apartment where the flooring sinks down a little bit. Approx 3mm. Need someone who knows what theyre doing to come and take a look to see if a shim can be inserted under the flooring to raise this section to level.

We are moving into our new place which has a bit of water damage to the floorboards. Some have rotted through. We need a small area repaired with matching floorboards and then the whole place sanded and refinished with a water based finish in a light satin or matte colour to reduce the orangeness and shine of the flooring.
