I had hybrid wooden floor laid in my flat (30 sqm) but there is now a gap in the lobby area because the floor moved and it is not even anymore. It would require to remove a section (10 sqm approx), level the floor to a flat level with concrete and pose a new hybrid wooden floor. My original handy man quote $2,500.

Patch 2 small areas of the carpet. 1 is 20cm x 60cm and the other is 30cm x 40cm. Can use spare carpet from inside cabinets.
