We just bought a new (130 year old) house in Renown Park, most of the house is floorboards but the main bedroom is carpet on top of ground that was filled in with concrete. The room is 4.32m x 3.64m. ($5 budget isn’t accurate, just not sure what ballpark we are looking at so not sure what to put.)

1 bedroom, hallway and living area to be sanded. Carpet will be removed prior with wooden floors premopped. Floor boards look in good condition and clean. But some patches of glue from the carpet underlay.
