We a small renovation done and the carpet was pulled back. We need to have new nail strips put back in and the carpet cut and stretched back into the new floor plan.

We have some carpet off cuts that we want to convert into rugs. 4 rugs of varying size

Remove carpet and underlay Check cement floor for level. Use floor leveling by mixing and pouring special floor self levelling bags of cement if necessary. Allow to set overnight. Install 12sq meters of Kronos veneer boards, trim with edging Remove scraps and carpet. All materials supplied. I need the carpet removed from upper level (and stair case) and kitchen tiles in the kitchen removed to prepare the floors for sanding in a small townhouse. A few small sections require new floor boards in the highlighted areas in the first image. The second image shows the area where kitchen tiles to be removed and floors repaired. Due date: Flexible but preference is a in a week or 2.

Install skirting boards and architraves. Installation of c.40 m of skirting boards in living areas and hallway, all above tiles and into gyprock walls (1 brick, c.4m). Of which c.8 m already cut to length and need to be reinstalled. Architraves surrounding 2 windows and 2 double doors and c.18 m , all surround timber frames in brick walls (1 gyprock). I am looking for someone to install and preferable also get the vinyl floor boards for my apartment. The new floor is to be put in 3 bedrooms and the lounge room. I have included a picture of the floor plan (the entry area, bathrooms and kitchen are all tiles and not included). This also removing the old carpet. There is magnesite under the carpet, so it might need a little smoothing out, but I'll leave this to you :-). This would be to start on the 16th Feb.

Looking to remove fireplace and replace timber flooring. Currently it’s blackbutt flooring real timber (not a floating floor thing.. Thinner style planks. Will need to have it naturally oiled after.
