We would like our front and rear upstairs verandahs sanded and stained, each one is 16sqm (2m x 8m). They are in pretty good condition and need to be sanded and have a couple of coats of Intergrain natural stain. I can supply the Intergrain stain.

Replace 8 Lineal Meters of Merbau 86mm Decking.

We require our floors to be sanded and stained/polished. Approx 120 - 150sqm floor space.
