Want to have the carpet replaced in 2 areas which were damaged and can’t replace all the carpet as too expensive.

Looking for a reliable handyman to complete a few straightforward jobs across two rooms and the stairs shown in the photos. Some of the removal work has already been started. Will cover tip fees on top of the rate if you provide receipt. Scope of work: • Finish dismantling and remove/dispose of the partially removed cupboard/desk. Remove remaining screws/fixings and fill/sand holes ready for painting. • Remove and dispose of carpet from both rooms. Carpet is already pulling up easily. Remove remaining staples, grippers, tape and residue, then vacuum/sweep floors ready for new carpet. • Clean remaining glue/sticky residue from the stairs ready for new carpet. The stair carpet has already been removed. • Prep and paint both rooms, including minor filling/sanding and cleaning as required. Three coats to walls, with skirting, door frames and window sills in white and window frames/trims in black. Ceilings and doors are excluded. • Assemble the flat-pack buffet shown in the photos. Assembly only – no wall fixing required. • Hang two mirrors on brick bathroom walls. Please supply suitable fixings. • Remove and dispose of the additional rubbish shown in the photos, along with any waste from the works. I will supply all paint. Please allow for all other tools, fixings and materials required to complete the work. Can start immediately. Ideally completed by COB Sunday, with Monday at the latest. Please review all photos before making an offer and provide a price for the complete job. We have 20 carpeted decks ( 2m x 1m each deck ) where the edges of the carpet have not been properly glued and are starting to lift due to insufficient adhesive bonding. We are looking for an experienced carpet/flooring professional to attend the site and repair the affected areas by: Applying suitable carpet adhesive/glue (or another appropriate adhesive) Re-bonding the lifted carpet edges securely Compressing/holding the edges in place until the adhesive has fully bonded Ensuring the finished repair is neat, secure and suitable for ongoing use Location: Banksia Grove, Western Australia Please refer to the attached photo for an example of the issue.

I’m looking for an experienced carpet repairer to professionally repair a small pulled/damaged section of grey loop-pile carpet in a rental property in Alkimos. The damaged area is approximately 5–7 cm long and a few centimetres wide. The carpet backing is visible, but some (not all) of the loose carpet strand is still attached and has not been cut off. We don’t have a spare matching offcut. I’m looking for someone who can assess whether the existing fibres can be re-tufted/reinserted, source a suitable match, or complete a small donor patch. Carpet could potentially be taken from an inconspicuous wardrobe area, but only if that donor area can also be properly restored.
