I need skirting boards installed to a 3 bedroom brick apartment - Due date: Flexible

Several areas of skirting boards have been chewed by my puppy and need repairing or replacement. There are several different areas and skirting damaged. Skirting is 3.5 inch wide and roughly 2 metered of different areas to be replaced. Preferably you will come measure required size and quantity needed for repairs I will pay for skirting and other materials required from your measurements. I have 2 rooms, one is approximately 4.2m x 4.2m & the other approximately 3.9m x 3.9m that need carpet laid. I have the carpet on site but don’t know how to join it or cut it to size. I’m not using underlay or smooth edge, it’s just loose lay with a bit of glue near the door & corners if needed. This is just a stop-gap till I apply for the disaster grant & get it done properly. I got flooded last Sunday by just a small amount.
