I need someone who is good at using an orbital sander with 60-80 grit or similar equipment, in order to roughen the surface of a ceramic tiled floor, for the purpose to apply new flooring on top afterwards. The size of area is 40sqm (or two bedrooms and one living room). The area is ground floor only, no stairs. Parking is easy, can park 5m away from the area.
