We have a studio above a garage that we need to laminate flooring laid over particle board subfloor + skirting installed .We will supply the laminate, underlay and skirting. The room is 5.6m x 5m. Installation tools needed: tapping block to easily click planks together, a pulling bar for hard-to-reach places and spacers to provide perfect expansion joints (8-10mm) between walls and floor.

Remove old boards and lay new decking. Approximately 6m sq. Timber has been cut to size but will need to be trimmed to match. Timber on site. Old boards to be cut in half and I will dispose. Joists are solid. Budget $600
