Find an experienced flooring expert in Bellevue Hill

I’m looking for an experienced handyman, carpenter, or painter to refinish the timber base of an outdoor built-in sunbed and my vegetable garden. I have attached photos of current vs desired look. The timber is currently weathered and grey. I would like it lightly sanded and finished with a soft lime-wash or mineral wash so the wood grain still shows through. The end result should be a natural, warm stone/beige tone, not white, not glossy, and not painted solid. This is an aesthetic, design-led job, so experience with lime-wash, timber finishes, or architectural finishes is important. Scope of work: – Light sanding/prep of existing timber – Apply lime-wash or mineral wash finish (materials can be discussed) – Clean, even, matte finish with visible timber grain

I have a two bedroom apartment and need the carpets ripped up as floorboards are getting put down tomorrow. The carpet needs to be cut in 1.5 m wide pieces and rolled up.

We are looking for a handyman to remove glued-on wood chips to our skirting board in the kitchen. This is from flooring that was removed. Please advise solution

I would like someone to go my entire 2 bedroom apartment and restore and repair the skirting boards. Not all of it looks bad, this is a photo of some of the worse of it. Pickup carpet and underlay from Lindfield, and then Lay carpet in two rooms in Bellevue Hill. Dimensions approx of rooms where carpet to be laid are: 9.5M x 3.1M 3.8 x 3.3M The carpet being used is made up of 5 pieces, each about 11 to 13 M (total 52M) Rooms will have no furniture (they will be empty so no need to move anything despite pictures). Would be great if you could dispose of old carpet.

We have old lino floors in our kitchen which we want to remove and get back to the wood floor underneath. There is a rubber underlay under the lino which is stuck down. We aren’t removing our kitchen cabinets etc, so it’s really only a 12-15m2 space that needs to be completed. The floor will need to be sanded and refinished. I’ve also included a picture of another room where we had the floor refinished. The wood in the kitchen is the same as this.
