The fence is timber paling and backs onto a public park with good access. Job Details: • Two posts are damaged and need replacing (one might be ok to reuse) • Several horizontal rails (middle and lower mostly) have split, sagged, or rotted out and need to be replaced (4-5 pieces) • The vertical palings can mostly be reused, but a few might need refixing depending on alignment after repair. • No staining/painting required. • You’ll have good access from inside the yard. • Can send more photos or do a quick site check if needed. You’ll need to: • Supply treated pine posts and rails (match existing size and style). • Remove damaged posts and rails. • Install replacements and re-secure existing palings where possible. • Dispose of old materials. We are looking for someone who can install fence extensions onto wooden fence to the back fence and right side fence (total about 11 panels to be installed). 1. Part of fence needs repair/replacement. Length 6meters. Height of palings 72inch (183cm). Fence is sloped. There are 3 posts within 6m section. Current posts may be damaged as fence is leaning. 2. Retaining wall length 3m needs repair with sleepers to support wall. Retaining wall section is sloped. As you can see in photos on end has 3 palings horizontally and other end has 5 palings horizontally . Please see photos and sketch. Pls provide quote for 1 & 2 separately (both repair works to be done together)
