Fence needs fixing and it needs to be made to be locable. It is a metal rail fence with the spikes on top. Needs welding tools. One of the sections has pulled out from brackets. The gate never locked properly and there must be some way to fix this, but we can't do this ourselves. We have been finding it very difficult to find anyone who can help us.
